Effective from 3 November 2026 · These policies govern your use of the Prishveda website and every purchase made through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Privacy Refund & Return Shipping Terms

Privacy Policy

Prishveda respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain words, what we collect and how it is used — nothing more.

What we collect

Only what is needed to serve you: your name, mobile number, delivery address, pincode, and the products you order or ask us to call you about.

How we use it

✔ To confirm and deliver your order, and to call you back when you request a callback.
✔ To give you order updates and support on your registered number.
✔ To improve our products and service based on summarised, non-identifying data.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share your personal details with any third party for marketing. Your data is stored securely and may be disclosed only if the law requires it. You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time — just reach us through the contact details provided on this website.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final — Prishveda does not offer refunds, returns or cancellations in any case.

Every order is confirmed with you over a phone call before dispatch. Once an order leaves this stage, it is final. Our products are Ayurvedic self-care consumables — for hygiene and quality reasons they cannot be restocked or resold once delivered, which is why purchases cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

The one exception — these are replacements, not refunds

✔ The product arrives damaged or leaking from transit.
✔ The wrong item, or fewer items than ordered, reach your doorstep.

If either happens, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and we will ship a free replacement of the same item — nothing needs to be sent back.

Please note: results differ from person to person, and dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund or return. As per this policy, no money is refunded for any order once placed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India, straight to your doorstep.

✔ Despatch: within 24–48 business hours after your order is confirmed on a call.
✔ Delivery time: typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
✔ Free delivery on every order — prepaid or Cash on Delivery.
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) available across serviceable pin codes.

Please double-check your mobile number and address — our team calls to confirm every order, and unreachable numbers may delay despatch. While we work with reliable courier partners, rare delays caused by weather, transport or other events beyond our control may occur; our team will keep chasing your parcel until it reaches you. After three delivery attempts a parcel may be held with the courier; re-despatch is at Prishveda's discretion.

Terms & Conditions

✔ By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms and the policies above.
✔ Wellness, not medicine: our products are Ayurvedic self-care supplements and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, unwell, or on any medication.
✔ Contact confirmation: every order and callback request is confirmed by phone before processing. Requests without a valid, reachable mobile number cannot be processed.
✔ Pricing & offers: prices, discounts and offers shown apply at the time of ordering and may change without notice; confirmed orders are not re-priced.
✔ Right to refuse: Prishveda may decline or cancel any order that is fraudulent, abusive, or impossible to fulfil.
✔ Content ownership: all text, photography and design on this site belong to Prishveda and may not be copied without written permission.
✔ Governing law: these terms are governed by Indian law.
✔ Updates: these policies may be updated from time to time; the version published here applies to orders placed from that date.
